We offer specifically engineeredabrasive beltsolutionsfor grinding, polishing, sanding, application. With cylindrical material,centerless grindingachieves the required production requirements with repeatable results and high quality finishedsurfaces.
For workpieces with stepped diameters or hydraulic rod ends, we offer machiningbetween centers.
For components which can not be processed between centers or centerless we offer solutions withcradle roll grindingwhich require no steady rest or tail stock.The grinding head travels along the workpiece.
Systems are easily combined with automatic loading and unloading.
Deburring:
Burrs removal on valve spools, cross holes, milled slots, tube and bar ends, saw cut edges, splines. All easily automated - for consistent quality on every workpiece.
Superfinish | Nanofinish | Microfinish:
For roughness values down to Ra 0.01 µm, for improving bearing ratio percentage and increasing wear resistance and creating all surface texture parameters. Process offers extreme repeatability. As an attachment for your lathe or integrated in our machines.
Hardening & Chrome Plating:
Turnkey systems with material handling for induction hardening and chrome plating of round material.
Maximized surface finish on flat materials, tubes and profiles. We configure systems exactly according to your specific requirements. Feed rates are determined by number of grinding stations and belt sequence. We fulfill customer needs.
Planetary deburring:
Accurate, repeatable burr removal and edge rounding on outside and inner sharp corners. For stampings, fineblanking parts, milled parts, sintered double disc ground parts, rotors, gears, clutch plates, piston rings & much more. Extruded burr is removed by belt or disk grinding followed by planetary deburring for the edge rounding.

Brush deburring increases the high corrosion resistance on wheels required from OEM suppliers by producing much more uniform edge rounding.
